PW Triennial Gathering

Once every 3 years is the Triennial Gathering of the Synod of the South Atlantic (PW's of Georgia, South Carolina & Florida). This year's Synod Gathering is October 21 - 23 at Epworth-by-the-Sea on St. Simons Island. There will be great speakers, workshops. a boat tour, a trolley tour, fellowship and free time to enjoy the beautiful campus of Epworth-by-the-Sea. An informational brochure and a registration packet are below with all the details. The hotel pricing has changed slightly from what is printed. If you would like that pricing, please click here for the website where you can register directly with Epworth-by-the-Sea or do so by mail. If you are planning to share a room with someone, please provide the roommate information so that Epworth can place you in the same room. The roommate (other than family) will also have to register separately from you and provide your name as the roommate. If you plan to spend the nights at some other location (other than Epworth by the Sea) please see the "Commuters" information at the end of the registration form.
